51404170-175 (MC-PSRX04) is a dedicated integrated backplane carrier board for the dual redundant power supply rack of Honeywell Experion PKS / TPS DCS HPM controller racks. It is installed inside the power supply metal chassis and serves as the central power and signal distribution hub for two hot-swappable redundant power modules.
This backplane integrates dedicated power distribution copper traces and multi-group signal logic circuits, responsible for evenly distributing DC power to all HPM rack I/O slots, real-time monitoring of the output voltage and current of the two redundant power supplies, and executing seamless automatic power switching when the primary power unit fails without interrupting the operation of field control loops.
Built-in multi-level hardware protection circuits are distributed on each power output channel to suppress overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit faults, preventing damage to controller and I/O cards.
